Hello and welcome — I’m Anne Dure, Care Coordinator and Assistant to the Clinical Director here at Ottawa River Integrative Mental Health.
I know that reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming. My role is to make that first step — and every step after — as smooth, clear, and welcoming as possible. Whether you’re exploring therapy for the first time or returning to care, I’m here to listen, answer your questions, and connect you with the clinician who best fits your needs.
I am bilingual in French and English, and I care deeply about making sure our services are inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the diverse community we serve.
Currently, I am pursuing studies in the Couples and Family stream of the Counselling and Spirituality program at Saint Paul University, which deepens my understanding of the challenges many clients face in relationships, family life, and personal growth. This training inspires the way I approach my work at our clinic — with empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique journey.
At Ottawa River Integrative Mental Health, we believe that care begins the moment you reach out. It’s my privilege to help you find the right path forward and to ensure you feel supported at every stage of your experience with us.
If you have questions or would like to explore how we can help, I look forward to connecting with you.
